Janet Griffen is an emerging artist from Port Perry, Ontario, and is currently practicing in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia. Her work explores the visual summaries and complexities that lie within people, places, and moments. She has had the privilege of exhibiting at TAP Center for Creativity, Satellite Project Space, and Siskind Gallery, and was honoured with the "Bob & Shelly Siskind Visual Arts Award" and "Mackie Cryderman Award of Excellence in the Arts" in 2019.
